What’s the Difference?
KMMS use one of the most distinctive interview formats in the UK. Unlike standard MMIs that rely solely on short, individual stations, KMMS combine traditional stations with a long, in-depth group MMI, where applicants work together on a shared task while being assessed individually. This extended group format gives interviewers a far clearer picture of your real communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills than typical MMIs.
